Water supply issues in Baildon
UPDATE - 15:00 All customer supplies have now been restored
We'd like to apologise to those customers in the village of Baildon who are currently experiencing disruption to their water supplies and reassure them we're working as hard as possible to resolve the situation.
Investigations are ongoing as to the cause of the loss of water in the area, though we believe at this stage that it's likely that a burst on one of our pipes has disrupted supplies.
We're using other parts of our underground pipe grid to bring water into the area, and we also have teams out in the village delivering bottled water to vulnerable customers.
We hope to have restored water supplies back to everyone within the next few hours, and in the meantime, we'd like to thank customers for their patience and understanding.
